No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and the instant access to premium content provided upon purchase:
A mentorship enquiry is free and creates no booking or payment obligation. If paid mentorship sessions are introduced, the applicable fee, rescheduling, and cancellation terms will be shared before a user confirms a session.

Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment
- Technical issue preventing access (reported within 48 hours of purchase)
