Use of Services
UPSCified provides digital learning content, AI-powered tools, and access to individually coordinated guidance conversations with retired civil servants. All content and mentor conversations are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Recording, redistribution, resale, or unauthorised sharing is strictly prohibited.
Access to Paid Services
Upon successful payment, users are granted access to paid content for a specified duration (e.g., 12 months). Access is provided digitally and is considered delivered once the user can log in and use the platform.
No Guarantee of Results
UPSCified, UPSC Copilot, and UPSCified Mentors are supplementary preparation services. We do not guarantee examination success, marks, rank, selection, posting, or any other specific outcome. Mentors offer personal perspective, not an official view of UPSC or any government body. Users remain responsible for their own preparation and decisions.
Intellectual Property
All materials including PDFs, visuals, AI-generated content, and branding are the intellectual property of UPSCified. Unauthorised copying, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Payments and Refunds
All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of the Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
We strive for accuracy, but UPSCified is not liable for any errors, omissions, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in case of misuse, violation of terms, or unauthorised sharing of content.
